`pinset env remove`

Delete an unused encrypted profile and clear defaults pointing to it.

When to use

Use to retire an environment. Remove one variable with env unset; switch with env use.

Examples

pinset env remove staging --plan
pinset env remove staging

Result: removes .pinset/env/staging.env, its configuration and matching shared/local defaults.

Behavior

Requires valid trust. Transactionally updates profile, configuration, lock and local choice without network access. Preview deletes nothing. Historical ciphertext in Git is not removed.

Parameters, exit codes and common errors

Parameter	Meaning
`<profile>`	Profile to delete.
`--plan`	Preview only.

Success exits 0; failure exits 1. Check env list for PINSET_PROFILE_MISSING.
