Generate shell completion scripts to make Pinset commands and options easier to enter.

Use for command/option completion. PATH integration is handled separately by self shell.
Examples
pinset self completions bash > pinset.bash
source ./pinset.bash
Result: the shell saves a script, then enables completion in the current Bash session. Pinset does not edit startup configuration.
Behavior
Outputs script text only, without network, automatic completion installation or profile writes. Save/load according to the target shell's conventions.
Parameters, exit codes and common errors
| Parameter | Meaning |
|---|---|
<bash|zsh|fish|powershell> | Required target shell. |
Success exits 0; basic environment errors exit 1; invalid shell exits 2. Do not execute scripts in a different shell.
