pinset self repair
Result: previews, then recovers current-project, global and CLI/shim interrupted state. Completed version changes are not undone.
Behavior
No network. Unfinished transactions restore configuration, lock, encrypted profiles and local bindings; completed ones only lose leftover markers. Also recovers managed venv rebuilds, entry publication and CLI/shim updates. Symlink launchers resolve to real installations.
Running venv creators prevent directory deletion. Windows replacement failures preserve running entries and report errors. External entries and those without ownership proof also remain.
Parameters, exit codes and common errors

--plan | Read-only recovery preview. |
Success exits 0; unsafe recovery exits 1. Wait for creators on PINSET_VENV_BUSY. PINSET_BROKER_VERSION needs a matched CLI/shim pair. Inspect external-file ownership rather than forcing replacement.
